Extensions, structural changes and added built area need a Dubai Municipality permit (or DDA / Dubai South authority in their jurisdictions). We handle the full application.
Added electrical load needs DEWA approval; changes affecting fire safety need Civil Defence sign-off. Both are arranged as part of our scope.
Contractor registration, security gate passes, working hours and completion certificates are managed with the community office so you do not deal with the paperwork.
