How approvals work in Dubai South
1. Measured survey and drawings
We visit the property in Dubai South, measure what exists and produce the drawings the approval needs — layout, elevations and, where relevant, the structural and services detail.
2. Dubai South Authority and the relevant community management NOC
We submit the application to Dubai South Authority and the relevant community management on your behalf, with our trade licence, insurance and the drawings, and answer any queries until the no-objection certificate is issued.
3. Dubai Municipality and authority permits
Where the work changes structure, built area or drainage, we obtain the Dubai Municipality building permit, plus DEWA and Civil Defence approvals where electrical capacity or fire safety is affected.
