Major repairs, replacement of equipment and materials beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately, usually at discounted contract rates.

Can I include the swimming pool?

Yes — weekly pool maintenance is one of the most common additions for villa AMCs.

Do you offer AMC for tenanted villas?

Yes. We coordinate access with the tenant and report to the landlord or property manager.

Can I cancel or change the contract?

Contracts run for 12 months with the scope reviewed at renewal. Terms for changes are set out clearly in the agreement.

Our AMC packages cover the systems that matter most in Dubai — air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, water heaters, pumps and pools — with scheduled visits, priority call-outs and a single point of contact.
