1. Measured survey and drawings
We visit the property in Palm Jumeirah, measure what exists and produce the drawings the approval needs — layout, elevations and, where relevant, the structural and services detail.
2. Nakheel community management NOC
We submit the application to Nakheel community management on your behalf, with our trade licence, insurance and the drawings, and answer any queries until the no-objection certificate is issued.
3. Dubai Municipality and authority permits
Where the work changes structure, built area or drainage, we obtain the Dubai Municipality building permit, plus DEWA and Civil Defence approvals where electrical capacity or fire safety is affected.
4. Access passes and mobilisation
Contractor registration, security gate passes, delivery windows, working hours and waste removal are all arranged with the community office before the first team arrives.
